BALANCED | Beaded Teardrop Earrings

Balanced...

The word "balanced" is an adjective that means keeping or showing a balance; arranged in good proportions.

Whew. Maybe it's just me, but it's been down right hard to find any type of balance over the last twelve months.

I know many of you will agree that it has been challenging to find any sort of balance with work, life, family, etc. during a pandemic. The thing is, it's ok that we're not in control. In fact, it's almost better. Stay with me.  

This year, for me at least, has been trying and stressful, but it's also brought me my daughter in which I will be eternally grateful for. To me, that's a reminder that in the midst of chaos, God is still good. He still brings joy in the morning. There is always something to look to - even when it's hard to see right now.

I think that's the key to feeling balanced - not knowing what the future holds but knowing Who holds the future. 

Please take this email as a reminder for your mind, body and soul that it is ok to not feel like you have everything under control right now. You can lean on God and He will provide on a peace that only He can give. Because even in the uncertainty, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." Hebrews 13:8

So, take heart, friend. It's ok if you're not "keeping or showing a balance," because God is going before you and He will take care of you. Keep God first and you will truly be in "good proportions." I am praying for you and your quest to find peace.
